Lesley Cambell-Wright was my contact at the ailing World Medicine and left to edit the newly-founded Physician magazine, which was intended as a clinical journal for GPs. She invited me to contribute. In the event I only offered two articles, both because I was moving into new activities, and because I was less comfortable with clinical writing. I got a good dinner at the Café Royal out of it, though!
